The Catalyst Fund Program is sponsored and administered by Circular Board, Inc. dba Hello Alice, Mastercard, and the Global Entrepreneurship Network, Inc. (GEN) (“Sponsors”).
Eligibility Criteria for The Catalyst Fund
Mastercard will award $175,000 in grants to all eligible black entrepreneurs across the United States. However, to be eligible for $5K grants from The Catalyst Fund, applicants must have met the given eligibility criteria.
- Have a profit business located in Atlanta, Birmingham, Dayton, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York City, St. Louis, and/or Washington, D.C.
- To be majority-owned (51+%) by a Black-identifying entrepreneur.
- Have 1 to 10 employees (including yourself).
- Have a clear strategy on how the fund will help achieve a business milestone.
