- To qualify for NJ FamilyCare, immigrant adults must have had legal permanent resident status in the US for at least five years.
- Adults aged 19-64 with income up to 138% FPL will be eligible.

- Immigrants ages 19 and 20 who are legally present and have very low incomes may also qualify.
- $509 per month for one person
- $805 per month for a family of 2
- Pregnant people with income up to 205% FPL will be eligible. Up to $5,493 for a family of 4. Pregnant people who are legally present can be eligible regardless of the date they enter the US.
- People over the age of 65, who are blind, disabled, in long-term care, or adults ages 19-64 who have Medicare will be eligible.
